We are planning on doing something like this, + donuts, cookies, and brownies. All homemade, except for the cake which will be sheet cake from... somewhere.

I love the idea of cupcakes. My MOH wanted it for her wedding too but it turns out they were more expensive than just cake. I guess tiny cakes & more detail equal more $$.
